What is EduPay?

What payment methods does EduPay support?
EduPay supports both card payments (SimplePay, Barion) and bank transfers, including pro forma invoice generation and bank synchronization. It can be used anywhere with an internet connection – no physical terminal required.
How does the vPOS module help?
The vPOS module allows you to create payment links or QR codes in just a few clicks. You can track order status in real time, manage linked products, and send bulk payment links to email lists – all with role-based access control.
Is it possible to issue invoices automatically?
Yes. EduPay integrates with Billingo, allowing you to automatically issue pro forma invoices, final invoices, credit notes, and amendments. You can also manage VAT schemes, invoice blocks, currencies, and notes with ease.
How are refunds handled?
The system uses a two-level approval process with two-factor authentication. Card refunds are processed automatically, while bank transfer refunds can be handled via Excel export/import. Related invoices are automatically voided or amended.
Can I manage course registrations with EduPay?
Yes. EduPay offers a comprehensive registration management system. You can set up customizable application forms, manage access rights, contracts, and the entire payment process. Both B2C and B2B sales are supported, as well as preparation for FAR data reporting.
Does EduPay offer contract management functionality?
Yes. You can use templates with automatically fillable fields, track contract status, and sign them electronically via DOQDrive integration. DÁP integration is currently under development.
What administrative functions does the system provide?
EduPay allows you to manage users, access rights, organizational units, product categories, and sales points. You can also create customizable sample carts.
Can EduPay integrate with external systems?
Yes. EduPay can be integrated with other systems via its open API, allowing order creation, status tracking, refund management, and callback-based communication.
